It can depending on if you are listed as an authorized user or joint account holder. Until recently you would share in the main account holders negative and postive payment histories, but recently that has changed so that only the positive aspects of the credit reporting goes on your credit report.

Yes. Even if you are an authorized user, but not the actual person paying your bills, the credit card will show up on your credit report AND affect your credit score.

If you are just a USER, no. If you are a co-applicant or joint applicant on the card, yes. If you are an applicant you are responsible for the debts and therefore it is on your credit report if you pay on time or if you do not pay on time. Hope this helps.
