We been talkin on tha phone and i find out he was talkin to my friend"s friend. He has told me all the stuff about he luvs me and he tellin the other gurl the same thing!

Maybe you should consider your sources. How do you KNOW he is saying the same thing to your friend? Who is telling you this? (and WHY?) If it's from a RELIABLE source, then instead of getting all bent out of shape about it, ASK THE BOY about it.
The game of "Telephone" (and I mean the GAME and NOT the PHONE) can be unreliable when it comes to information. Who knows? Maybe the boy IS calling your other friend to talk about and get information about YOU.
Before you get too emotionally carried away, I would try my best to Clear the Signal and find out if he is just "Roaming" or giving you "5 Bars" of attention.

His playing around. He is still childish, he is being a typical male. Guys do this it is something known as boosting their ego's itis a competition for them to see how many girls they can get and how they can get to believe them. Does he know that you know or does he think that he still has the upper hand. If he does not know then cool, play around with him, you can make him the fool of the year.

He could probably be scared to talk to you directly & maybe seeking your details from your friend's freind. Try being a little more friendly to him & maybe he will open up to you. If hes asking about you to your friend's friend, then he definitely likes you.
