My girlfriend and I love having sex with eachother...but we have a slight dilemma.
We use condoms and she's on the pill, because we dont want to get pregnant...But we want to orgasm together at the same time, while im still inside her..Naturally!

So everytime we have sex and im not wearing a condom i have to pull out before i ejaculate, else we run the risk of getting pregnant.

I want to orgasm with her while im still inside her doing it naturally (ie, not wearing a condom) And suggestions?

(oh and im working on the "squeeze the PC muscles" method so i can try delay my ejaculation and control my orgasms)

A condom doesnt feel the same as doing it naturally (it gets in the way sometimes)
Im nowhere NEAR ready enough to getting a vasectomy (as im only 22,and i still want to maybe have kids when im ready to)

I have heard that the pill is 99% effective...but there's still that 1% chance of it not being affective..(and knowing MY bad luck,it will probably happen to me)

Yeah, if she's on the pill, that should be more than effective enough to prevent pregnancy. (The pill is 99.9% effective) You don't need to be using condoms. Have fun!

You know something the pullout method is not safe. The pill is not always effective either. If you do not want to have any babies then continue to use condoms. You would rather use all the birth control available which is cheaper than having a baby. So stop thinking about yourself and worry about the fact what can happen if you do not use any kind of birth control and end up with a baby. Both of you need to be responsible and use birth control. You keep it wrapped and she takes her pill when she is suppose to. Everyday I certainly hope.

I was the same way when my husband and I were dating. Even though I was on the pill I was paranoid. They have diaphragms and IUD's but I think your best bet is to use a spermicide. They are quick to insert and once your done you don't have to worry about taking it out or anything like that. They have foams and films and other forms that the spermicide comes in but we used the film. It's a thin sheet that dissolves once it is inserted. It's not as messy as the foam can be. All you do is fold the film, insert, wait 5 minutes, and enjoy. It might take you a few tries to get the insertion done quick enough. If you play around with it to long it will begin to get sticky on your fingers from your body heat and you will have to get another one. So move quick. This method worked for us for years.

Try another birth control with the pill, such as jellies (spermicides) or diaphragm.

I must add though, that you "pulling out" even whiel she is on the pill is giving the same chance of her getting pregnant as you coming inside of her as she is on the pill. While you are having sex, you are continuously letting some semen out the whole time, so you are in fact ejaculating inside of her even though its not your orgasm. So if you are freaking out about you needing two birth control methods, I would suggest not using the "pull out"/"withdrawal" method. Its not going to work.

If you're in it with her for the long haul, and this isn't just a short-term relationship, and you're both faithful, have her ask her ob/gyn about a copper IUD. It's more effective than the pill, it's non-hormonal, and it allows for sponteneity. I would type more, but I have to get ready for work! I've had mine for a year, and so far, no babies. :) It's called the ParaGard. This one is copper and, like I said, non-hormonal. There's also the mirena, but that one contains hormones, and I don't know much about it.

Since shes on the pill GO for it... The pill is 99% effective when taken correctly. My wife and I do that and she hasn't gotten pregnant yet while she has been on the pill.

The ONLY alternative is to get a vasectomy, but even that isn't 100% effective.

if she is on pill and u both know u r not having any STDs and r steady with each other, you can stop using condom and no need to pull out either.

Ejaculate with a condom.

It's still inside her, and it's still natural, and you run very little if no risk of getting her pregnant.

Enjoy yourself and dont be so paranoid! She is on the pill, and that is pretty foolproof. Worst comes to worse, get an abortion.
