white looking spot with mild pain what is it related to it is on my buddy's face side actually on his cheekbon

cheekbone area....is it related to hiv or any std i am thinking that is the worst thing right now.....

Hello,

Most std's are not related to face, it would be a normal zit on the face. Have it hecked out, if it isn't like a pea size i wouldn't worry much, if your friend is till worried have it checked.
