It's called Mam-ma's Chillin' Chilli Dip
(mam-ma is what my granddaughter calls me)

Perfect with Tortilla Chips, crudite or a filling for rolled slices of griddled aubergine or courgette!
Fed up with the plasticky tasting rubbish in the supermarket I devised a number of my own...here's one of them.
Mix together:
1 tub Garlic & herb cream cheese
1 tub creme fraiche,
1 Tub Riccotta,
2 tbs Mayo
4-6 tbs Sweet Chilli Sauce,
3 cloves of crushed garlic,
crushed sea salt & freshly ground pepper.

If you like a bit more heat add a sprinkle at a time of chilli pepper.
If using the dip as a filling leave out the mayo which slackens the dip.

It makes a huge bowlfull but believe me it will go!

If you would like any other recipies for something a bit different and less of the nasty chemicals, leave me a note here!

Ok it sounds hot but it really isn't, only if you throw in loads of chilli pepper! Sweet chilli sauces vary hugely but I use Blue Dragon sweet chilli dipping sauce which is very good tempered and won't blow your head off. I have three granddaughters under 5 and they love it!
