half way to her place, the cab driver pulled over and lit a stick.she tried the door handle but of COURSE! it was locked when he finally opened the door to crush the stick, she jumped out and began to run.he just started the engine and kept heading her off.finally, when she was too tired to run, he got out of the cab and grabbed her he pushed her to the ground, ripped of her skirt and then (praise God for inspiration!) she grabbed his d**k, braced her feet against his thighs and hung on for life! that saved her from getting raped but it did'nt keep her from becoming a punching bag. the question is, do you guys think its smart to resist a rapist? especially if he was likely armed. comments PLEASE! just so i know y'all read this a'ight....cuz the bastard got away with it!!

Hell yes it's smart to fight. Whether or not they have a weapon, makes no difference. If you fight and lose, then , you have simply lost a fight. You are not a "victim". If you fight and win then you are the victor.If you fight and die, then you are a martyr. But always remember that your life is your own. To allow someone to steal that which is most precious to you makes you a victim.
Fight darlin' fight with all of your considerable strength. Do NOT allow a rapist to simply rape you. Death is an easy thing compared to a life of misery because of a rapist.

Yes, I do think it's right to resist, if you can. One should also play safe. Always try to travel with a friend. Only ever take a licensed cab. Note the cab number before you take it. When in the cab, phone someone to say when you will be home (better, of course, if it is a real person, but a fake call is better than nothing - the cabby only hears one end of the conversation, anyway). Carry a CS or pepper spray and a personal alarm.

This is devastating but I like what she did by holding on so she didn't get raped. I would resist and probably go psycho on the guy and just pray he wasn't armed. Why did he get away with this?

I agree with hmm. this is an excellent role play idea. poor girl was probably shaken. when you get in a cab, always look at the cabbies id or medalion. if it aint showing, get right back out.
