Eat plenty of milk, eggs, and meat. Make sure you chew well before swallowing. Monitor your weight, see how you progress. If you're still not gaining any weight, try increasing the number of meals per day. For example, try eating 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3. (This is what a lot of athletes do.)
Also, make sure you don't overdo it. I was once really skinny and decided to gain weight. I didn't get much exercise, and after a few months, I had a nice fat belly, which took a long, long, time to get rid of.

eat a lot of bread, eggs and mayonase. junk food helps. also u could try taking a lot of soft drinks like coke or fanta like all the time. basically anything white or and synthesized could do wonders to your weight, just try it for lets say 2 weeks. but make sure you do some form of excersise with it just so the fat wont b flabby and know when to stop. there are also excersises that would help u put on weight, sometimes also in the way u carryout the normal excersises, for instance instead of going the normal 20laps to get ur heart pumping u go 10laps to start and this usually makes u feel hungry and thirsty, as opposed to the 20 which makes u feel too tired to be hungry

I am not a big health expert but for what I have read and heard is that you have to consume tons of protein such as eggs and red meats..this if you want to increase your muscles. You can also gain weight by eating refined flour products such as pasta (spaghetti!!) and breads. Start slowly...we don't want your cholesterol levels to go up too quickly. I was reading that lifting weights helps you maintain what you eat and turns it into muscles without having to eat more. There are also special high-calorie shakes out there that help you gain weight but if you do this please drink tons of water..it can be bad for your kidneys.

Up your protein intake. Mean, beans, eggs, cottage cheese, etc. Eating 500-1000 calories more every day should leave to a 1-2 pounds gain a week.

Eat to your heart's content at McDonald's and Burger King eight times a day for a period of one year. And voila, you'll notice the difference.
