Yes, especially if the person next door is taking a dump and attempts to hold a conversation between farts and splashing noises !!!

I try to spend as little time as possible in the toilet, so talking while I pee is definitely out... I have better places to hold conversations...

Depends. . . if time is of the essence, no it does not annoy me if not, it could wait, and i usually do not answer so as not to lengthen the conversation and give the hint that i should be left alone.
