Get her a charm bracelet with a heart charm on it. Every time your feeling like this...add a charm to it. There are so many different ones and each charm would represent whatever your feeling or you two are going through. They also aren't all that expensive for what they symbolize.
When she's wearing it, it will be her "he's thinking about me" bracelet.
Is that cheesy? I'd really like that...bye, going to tell my hubby I want one!

ring, bracelet or necklace. You must get a bouquet of flowers tha t she likes, then bring her to her favorite restaurant and surprise with a present. After that, you excuse yourself from the table and go to the kitchen to bring out her favorite cake with the candle lit on. Slowly walk to her, singing birthday song to her. I bet she'll be very happy.

Depends on how long you've been together. It's really hard to suggest something if I don't know how serious you guys are. Maybe a rose, talk her out for dinner and a movie etc.

Well first off, I am not giving her anything. BUT you want to make her happy, Give her a dozen or so roses, Give her a $100.00 dollar bill, AND Take her out to her favorite restaurant.
