today i had a dream that my cousin was going to her husbands job to deliver food and then she got shot from the back of her car.she then crashed and fell off a cliff.then my dream rehappened but a lady popped up and told me i could see deaths before they happen.then i felt pain.then the lady said that i now have the power.then she replayed the death.i tried to wake up but i couldn't.then i couldn't wake up.so i end up waking up at 5.i woke up with blood on my wrist.then my bf had tears in his eyes.i asked him what happend.he said my cousins husband called to tell me she died in a shooting/accident.i cried like hell.dose anyone ever have dreams like that?do you ever get stuck in your dreams?can you ever not wake up during a dream?

Well Dreaming very important. There are times in your life when your brain is just too busy to take all in. I am on a vivid Dream spell. I try to take naps in the day just to clear the head. You take it easy and try to take some time in the day to relax with just you around

i hate dreams like that, i had one that people were chasing me with knifes and i just couldn't wake up, even after i realised it was just a dream, i just stayed asleep. i woke up really tired.
wait did your cousin really die? the last bit of that question is really confusing.
