ever heard of sympathetic pain?

when i see someone get hurt something goes up my spine and i cant move ! ive heard of this but not sure what it is? it doesnt hurt but it really makes me cringe and i just cant move!

yes i have in some people when they hear of sickness as well someone getting hurt the person thinks that they have it as well this is in the mind you can locate this disorder on .www. webmd.com
