If you rub your teeth with the bones of your victims you will find your teeth not only white, but the extra calcium makes them stronger. You could also use vampwhite available at all good apothecaries

Doesnt really matter what brand of toothpaste you use, aslong as its a fluoride toothpaste with at least 1000ppm of fluoride (check the ingredients label).

Brush with that morning and night, and floss or use interdental brushes daily and you will keep calculus (tartar) to a minimum, but however you may never stop this completely is just one of those things that builds up and needs to be removed by a dentist/hygieneist

You find this usually at the back of your lower front teeth and at the cheek sides of your upper molars this is because you have salivary glands in these areas and the saliva contains enzymes that calcifies the plaque leaving you with "calculus" on your teeth!
