I have hypothyroidism, and gained a bit of weight.....does anyone know which diet pill is preferrable?

With hypothyroidism it can be very dangerous to use dietary supplements. Are you on synthroid? if not go see your Dr. and get on this first. If you already take this then answer is use the adkins diet. When used correctly it can reduce your weight safely and without major risk. reaper out...........

if you have medical hypothyroidism, you need to be treated by an MD, preferably an endocrinologist. Hypothyroidism affects a lot of your body's functions, not just weight. A diet pill wouldn't be treating the underlying cause of the weight gain (low thyroid function) and could be extra dangerous given the illness you already have.

Rivita and Fruit. Stand tall and power walk to your favourite music for longer than half an hour a day. Cut out Big meals and eat little and often. You don't need Pills. Be good in the week and treat yourself at the weekend.

I've heard that THYROMINE and ALVIDAR works best. It's all natural. Don't take the over the counter diet pills, they're NOT good for you!

Better not to go for diet pills. Instead have proper dieting and exercise.
