Short answer: Use a VCR
De-modulating devices are few and far between because almost any VCR easily does this task. If you insist on using a device other then a VCR, AV receivers that input RF will always de-modulate before outputting

You used to be able to get such a device but I haven't seen one in ages. Try Maplins, RS or a good electronics supplier. Out of interest what are you tryoing to connect to the projector? Most modern set top boxes (sky freeview etc) are AV output not RF.

They sell these switchboxes at RadioShack for about $40 $50, that will allow for av input and come out as RF. In addition it will also orgnize your wiring.

You need a Tuner Old VCR DVD recorder with RF input Set-top box, etc.
