Because.. then.. there will be very few opportunities to gain more money and power. In other words.. because of greed. Conflict bring the best or the worst out of a person. But more than that, conflict creates a leader and brings a person to power over other ppl. Human loves to be more powerful and have command over others. Always want to have more than what they already have. Winner always gain more money and power.. It has been like that thousand of years ago and it will be the same for many many years to come

If only life were that simple. We need the strife & 'not getting along' to remind us what the right thing to do is. Its like needing a black background to contrast the white text.
If everybody got along then we would never cherish peace and getting along.
