im always confused why there exist rude and people who dont think of what their actions will effect other peoples feelings. if im not mistaken, every child is taught at school that good moral values is the way you SHOULD and HAVE to lead your life. but then, there are still many who dont think before they say and do. why is that?

its a sign of insecurity and fear, apart from bad home and school bringin. when u know that the other person is right u have 2 choices. either u surrender or stand up against.

u fear that someone may walk over u or stomp ur individuality.

if u do not prefer the surrender part, yet still cannot digest the thruth, u bring out the worst in u.

its happens all the time not just when it comes to religion.
man has fought and disgusted each other for land, power, women, greed, revenge, jelousy.

so hope u got ur answer

It isn't what they were taught at school, it is what they learn and how they are raised at home. The start of of good morals and esteemed values come from home before school. I don't ignore the role of school of course in education and bringing up high moral generation, but look into the family of our children; isn't true that 2 out of 3 marriages end up in divorce? What do you expect from a child having a detached parents? don't you think it would have the greater measure on his psychology than the school itself. Besides, the American school back in the fifties brought up the best generation in the world and resulted in making America the one and only power in the world. What was different then than now? Christ is no longer of any value in public schools.

The way it is taught in school, appears to the child like some rule, restriction, discipline, arrest of freedom, and a price to pay for getting some respect in the society. Few teachers even know the intrinsic benefit of these positive actions ! And it is a big task to convince each child about these benefits. So, it is more or less counter productive. Those who retain these positive traits have realised the value of their own experience, from life.

Our society has embraced a philosophy that being rude and obnoxious is the primary way to demonstrate ones Independence, and has, since the 1940s embraced delinquency as an expression of individuality. That is the core of much of today's social issues. Unfortunately it is a direct result of warehousing children in schools and not having a parent at home to watch the kids. There is also a social isolation factor on the web, and no little impact of social disorganization, plus differential association. All these connect to the issue of bad behavior being rewarded.

If children have to learn "morals" at school, they are in serious trouble.

"Morals" are taught by parents who set the example, not teachers paid by the government.

I began attending public school in 1955 in Texas and don't recall ever praying or discussing religion during classes. Obviously, other people attended schools with much different practices than the ones I attended if teachers led them in prayers.

Take a look at their parents and then I am sure it will all come to you. Parents are the first important person in a child life and if they do not teach their child then that child thinks its okay to act that way

the devil is at work in people's heart. We're humans, not God, that's why sometimes we do what we hate 'what is wrong, the evil) and we don't do what we will (the good)
