Oh, I'm Ukrainian and if I met singaporean guy and he says he loves me I wouldn't believe him. But he can be friendly and when he said that he loves you it doesn't mean that he want sex with you or anything.It depends how he said that.

i only known my girlfriend for a week or so before i told her i loved her..actually i believe i told her i loved her before i even asked her to be my girlfriend lol, and yeah we met over the internet. We've been together for 1 year and 3 months now:D she's the most amazing girl..and ill never regret the day i told her my feelings. so please...be careful..and keep in mind he might be telling the truth and you could be happy forever

He has an agenda, I would say get rid of him. Love takes time, alot more than a week. Real love takes time to grow, love at first sight is really just lust at first sight.
