never. three things u never do say i love u, let's move in together, and i want u to meet my parents when u hear ur partner say any one of these, then u know ur relationship is circling the drain

when u love them, but not too soon, it losses its meaning if you say it in the frist 3 months or so...after that, if you think u love them then go ahead and say it, but be ready for them not to say it to you, if you think they may not love you, then u are setting yourself up for a letdown... so say something like I think I'm falling in love with you, and see what they're reaction is...that way u can see if they are ready to be loved.....
