Read this book. "He's just not that into you." It's by Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo. I think every girl should have a copy. Stop being so available and perhaps he will realise that it is you he wants, after all.

I bet that if you made a move he would fall straight in love with you. He backed off because he was not getting a response from you. The whole dream thing is just an ice breaker to see if there is still a chance and if you want you can take the bait.
If you are the sensitive type be very careful about getting involved with a guy who flirts around while he is still involved. If you are just looking for a bit of fun I say "go for it".

If i was you I would let him know how you feel about him. He might be good for you and you might be strong enough to help him through his rough time at home. Always let some one know how you feel as they might be to shy to let you know. Go for it and tell him how you feel. Why not go for a meal or a drink one night and things might come out in that way. I agree with sherrie totally play hard to get, you will either get his attention or you will realise that he's not that into you, either way you will knwo where you stand.
Go out with a bunch of friends and invite him and blatently flirt with all the other guys and see what he does.. not making him jelious just seeing what he thinks of you with other guys. good luck!

I THINK MAYBE HE HOPES THERE'S STILL A CHANCE WITH HIS EX SO HE'S NOT MAKING A MOVE ON YOU JUST YET INCASE HE GETS BACK WITH HER. HE LIKES THE ATTENTION FROM YOU AND CALLS YOU WHEN HE WANTS TO TAKE HIS MIND OFF HER. I COULD BE VERY WRONG IF HE FINISHED HER BUT THAT IS WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE TO ME.

Wait to he get his life together, or your relationship will be more focused on his baggage then on you guys trying to make it.
