um no...I make eye contact with many people everyday...that doesnt mean that some kind of relationship will spring from it...now a conversation or something...maybe..but just plain old eye contact...NO

Its only happened to me once, but it was with a girl i meet briefly with at the bus station.......i regret leaving to this very day...
