Hi i know i'm not quallified to answer this question but i'm 21 and have 2 children, as i know how much children mean i was considering maybe being a surrogate, i dont want any more children but while i can have them i feel i should help someone else. i dont know much about it, what's involved, how much contact i'd have with a couple during the pregnancy. but the 1 thing i'm not sure would be ok is that if the child was made from my egg i'd have no problem giving the couple the baby but i'd like a letter or something every year maybe with pictures so that i know the child is doing ok. but if the child was not from my egg i'd leave them 2 it. does that sound unreasonable? if u can tell me more about it u can find my contact details on my profile.

Hi, I had a full hysterectomy at 32 so I can't ever have kids and I never had them before the operation. Went through months of feeling like hell but, over the years, and with a wonderful new husband (at 39 - he was only 26), I've accepted the fact that I can never be a natural mother. Now 46, I have three cats too and, to be fair, kids really annoy me these days. We enjoy holidays abroad, new cars, going where we want & when we want without having to consider anyone else. I wouldn't change a thing!

I have one friend who is acting as a foster mother, she feels her not being able to have kids is because so many kids lack a stable home, which her and her husband provide.
My other friend tried invitro and everything else under the sun, and now she just treats her two dogs like children.
There are so many options that anyone who wants children can have them! You can even satisfy your motherly instincts by becoming a mentor or join the big sister program.
I wish you luck, someone has a plan for you, and whatever it may be, its the best plan for you!~

There are many treatments out there, but I personally think that fostering or adopting is a much better answer as there are so many children out there that need a loving family. That is what my parents did and I love them both very much.

If you cant have children, I think you should adopt. There is no difference between having a child of your own or adopting it. better. What you give you reap back. Instead of adopting dogs it's I think better adopting a child.

IVF too much of an emotional roller coaster.
Thinking about either adoption or relaxing and enjoying our freedom!
