Ok, I'm not a religious person. And I'm living in a de-facto relationship and I couldn't have it any other way. With the divorce rate being so high at this day and age I think it wise to know what your getting in for before going into marriage and risking a divorce when you find you don't like it. But then marriage isn't portrayed as a necessity anymore any way. You only need to be going out with someone for so long before they can claim your belongings as theirs. So legally, there's nothing different between being de-facto or married. Morally, well that depends. I was all for no sex til after marriage, but when it came down to the line, a ring and a piece of paper doesn't mean anything when you love a person.
I'm sure Jesus would forgive you, I hear he's a prettty forgiving guy.

A marriage certificate was man made, not gods idea. People did not have scrolls they signed when they got married back in the day of J.
However, sleeping around is slutty, and gross and makes ya think where the STD's came from.. There are tons. I saw a book of the dang lists of them when i was in the drs office.. He said that wasn't even half of them!
Thank god I am married/with the same person for 23 years!
