Absolutely! She needs to be caught so she won't keep doing it.

Tell her! Let her know how bad it is. She shouldn't be having sex at 16. I might even tell one of the parents too.

Imagine, you are the 16 years old sister, and your sibling see it. What you expect your sibling do? Report to the parents?
Try think about it, then you know exactly what to do.

I think that you should confront her and have a heart to heart with her. I think that she is way too young to be having sex in the first place. If then you think that it is getting out of control then only do you tell someone

Talk to her and tell her to stop doing it. It will only mess up her mind since she's at an emotionally immature age to be doing this. Plus, health issues and pregnancy are very likely.
If she continues to take this dangerous path, tell your parents. She must be saved from this self-destructive behavior.

You should talk to your sister about this, but be careful. She might be really touchy about the matter. show her that you are concerned, if things dont go right talking to her, then you can go to your parents. Your parents should be aware of the matter no matter what.

It depends if you are older or younger than you sister and by how much. If younger don't say anything, if older by at least 2 years talk to her.

yes. your sister is a minor and your parents are legally responsible for her well-being. depending on how old her boyfriend is, he could be putting himself in legal trouble, as well. whatever your parents choose to do about it, they need to be informed so they can make a decision. you're not tattle-tailing, you're protecting someone you love who may be getting themselves into trouble.
