don't get close to someone who stays nearby try venturing out the world is not small , as if there is a problem in relation or by anyone you have to hid eyour face in your neighbourhood, rahter search someone you are comfortable with and outside you friend circle

Go up to her, tell her you like her, and ask her if she wants to see a movie sometime. It's not that hard.
