Make sure you are hydrated, drink water. This will help. Do good mouth care, brush and floss. Avoid mouthwash, it can dry your mouth out and make the taste come back quicker. Try some sugarless gum, mint or cinnamon, that will bring moisture into your mouth, and the flavor of the gum will mask the antibiotic taste.
Sorry to have to ask, but are you constipated? That will smell up your breath, too. If so, take care of it, and your breath will improve.
Nothing makes the taste of antibiotics go away, finish the meds like your doctor advised, and get better, soon.
Trick for dry, smelly mouth. Suck on a starlight hard candy mint for a bit. Remove it from your mouth, and drink some ice water.
This lasts a little longer than other methods. Repeat as necessary.
Hope you feel better soon.

The bitter taste is due to either an alkaline or acid imbalance in the saliva caused by the meds. In order to know what will alleviate it I would need to know what meds you're taking? Try some lemon flavored Alkaseltzer if it's an excessive presence of acid in your saliva for example that might help...can't hurt?

If it's due to medication, it is most likely you'll just have to get used to it. But cold water will "shut down" your nerval terminations a bit, so I think it'd help.

stop swallowing. Ask your partner if you can spit or take it out before it happens. Does he find that erotic? Is it a fetish for him?
