Depending on the reason for setting fires it would either be an arsonist or a pyromaniac.

Either way, if you are setting fires you have a major problem.

there are two words:
1. Arsonist : The crime of maliciously, voluntarily, and willfully setting fire to the building, buildings, or other property of another or of burning one's own property for an improper purpose, as to collect insurance.

2. Pyromania : person who has a mania to set fires...
