I like that Japanese ginger dressing...it is so delicious and I think it is only 10 calories per serving.

I enjoy Kraft Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing. It only has 15 calories to 2 tablespoons. I usually use a lot less than that though. Anyway, it tastes great!

I usually just use lemon juice with some chopped garlic and a little olive oil for a very simple but flavorful dressing.

"Light Done Right" raspberry vinagrette from Kraft. It tastes awesome on spinach salad w/walnuts.

combination of lemon juice, soy sauce, and italian seasoning...lo-cal to be sure, but the sodium doesn't necessarily help...

That Zesty Italian Spritzer spray. It's only 5 calories per spray!! GENIUS! its good too and you can add lemon if you like or whatever. lol =DD

to really answer your question though I just use red wine vinegar when I'm dieting.
