My hubby's beagles eat anything that doesn't eat them first. Rabbits, moles, bugs, mice, if they can find it and kill it, they eat it. The smaller one cornered a 4' foot black snake the other day and I do believe if it would have turned its back, she'd have eaten him too.
Lizard eating won't hurt her, but if she makes a habit of eating out of the yard like its a buffet, you may to make sure she's updated on her shots.

As long as the lizard wasn't sick or infected with something the dog will be fine. Just watch to make sure she's not sick.. if so take her to the vet.. but she should be fine :) Congrats on teh puppies!

I don't think it would be a problem, but if she starts to seems ill - lethargic, upset stomach, loss of appetite, call your vet.
Congratulations on the soon to be puppies...

She is pregnant, she would know if were to harm her so I'd say she'l be fine. cats & dogs eat them all the time.
