Suction is often used to increase the pressure and friction exerted on the penis.

If you ask me just the sensation from having a chicks head in my lap is good enough. But to answer your question, a tounge ring doesn't really make THAT much of a difference. It can even be annoying sometimes. Your best bet is to save the pain and money to get a peircing, and just go at it.

I just want to clarify your question. Are you asking if oral sex is better while you're giving it to a guy? To me, it doesn't matter weather a woman has a tongue piercing or not. It's all pleasure to me. If you're asking if oral sex is better while giving it to pleasure a woman with a tongue ring, well I can't really answer that one. I don't have a tongue piercing, but the pu**y is still good to me.
