I have 3 children. It wasn't harder as the other two were so willing to help me, and I find that my youngest is further ahead academically as she picks so much up from the older two. There is more noise and more arguments, but when they are getting along, then the noise is nice to hear.

Well it just depends. What are their ages? I had a daughter when I met my husband and he has two boys. We decided to have one together. He is now 2 1/2 yo. The age differences between the other kids are 10, 9 and 8 yrs. apart. In one way it's easier because the older ones help out a lot. But in another way it's harder because I feel like I just started all over. Also his temperament isn't anything like my daughter was. He has a bad temper and don't care who knows. He has days and nights mixed up and all that good stuff. Believe me, I'm always tired to, but I'd do it all over again, I'm sure. It's really just all up to you.

Unlike many or most plants, human offspring are not "true to seed". You don't know exactly what you've got until s/he's grown up; and you don't know anything at all until a bit after s/he's born.

But there are family similarities, if not exactitudes.

Go for it! (Actually, only our first was a boy. The other three were girls. And with the last two we were living in Africa and had servants.)

Harder, in terms of what, childbearing or financially, or painful when giving birth? You needed to be more specific, definitely the work load will be more

If you mean having three children rather than two, then no, it won't be any harder. I have three. I'd have had more, but wasn't able to.

Really, the more the merrier! They don't take any more time.
