The universe was formed by physical reactions; there is no god, and there is no purpose in the universe.

Which should help those that are suffering. If the WAS a god, why would good people suffer? The fact that there is no god and things like sickness and tsunamis are a result of random occurences and NOT divine punishment should make people feel better.

I sometimes think that we are so used to this temporary world in which everything has a begining and an end that we want everything to have a begnining and an end...before asking if there is a god i think we must ask why we think there must be one. Thg scriptures refer to the universal being as begining less or endless...I think that 'god' has no necessity to appear on earth...that is your personal and many others desire...however many claim to have seen god...those with faith...the word 'god' is largely misunderstood....take care

Christians do believe God has appeared, in the form of one of our own - Jesus. God has also revealed to us his word

God did appear in the form of man as Jesus Christ. Now, God is a Spirit and we must worship Him in spirit and in truth. We do not see Him because we are flesh. However, we will all see Him one day, regardless of our eternal destination. Every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord!

Natural evolution, with all that stuff up in the vastness of space, eventually a lot of it had to collide, and with the friction formed, came nebula`s, stars, and planets. With all the different compounds and their reactions to one another, eventually something had to happen, single cell life, and from there on it was just a matter of time until genuine intelligent life emerged. No "Intelligent Design" required!!!!!!!

What makes you think the universe was "formed"? It more likely it has always existed, be it constant or in other forms.

god is everywhere nothing can exist outside of him
furthermore, people think that god has to answer for the pain and suffering in the world but he doesn't, besides he's already repented to him self that he ever created man (read your bibles, genisis) so who else is there to answer to? you may not like him but he's god and there is nothing you can do about it. you mind as well get in where you fit in.

Oookay!
