if you jog slowly or moderately and burn about 10 calories a minute, it should take about 3 hours and 20 minutes. it depends really on how hard you run. thats a tough, long run so be sure to pace yourself. remember to stay hydrated! good luck! =]

You have to jog for about 2 hours. By the way, that's running the marathon. Don't do it, because you'll get dehydrated. Keep in mind that you burn calories even if you do nothing. Have a day of exercise, go swimming, walk, do shopping, eat only fruit and salads, or also some fish and chicken, and your calorie budget will be negative!

this is a novel idea but rather than eat, then try to burn 2000 cals, dont eat 2000 cals. Eat 800 cals in two week, with not booze and you should give your self a good starting point for 1500 cals and exercise 4 days a week and the way to lose 50lb in a month.

jogging - too long and you will only lose water, which you gain again in the following 4 hours by drinking

good luck - this worked for my pal - but i never manage to eat just 800cals a day for more that 3 days

Depends on your age and weight.

It takes me 45 minutes running 7.0 miles per hour to burn 900 calories.

If you are trying to lose weight, you are taking the wrong approach- Here's why:

*Drastic calorie reduction will leave you feeling lethargic after a couple of days.

*You may notice that you lose weight at first, but this is mostly due to a loss in muscle tissue, rather than a loss in fat.

*you will notice that you don't have any energy left to burn energy, so your body defends itself by turning everything you eat directly into fat.

*you will either become severly malnourished, or you will give up this extreme diet.

*If you give up, you will notice that due to your loss in muscle, it is harder than ever to get the energy to excersize. Further promoting the development and storage of fat.

The fastest and best way to accomplish a lasting weight loss is to change your life completely. Take on a new diet that you will live by for the rest of your life.

Easy on the carbs, fats and sugary foods. Regular daily exercise.
