I don't know, is there a right place to find love???
I've worked in prisons and county jails, there are some........VERY few, but some decent people behind bars. There are some good people that do stupid ****. I also have worked in nursing homes...there are some very loving caring people there who are still pretty much with it and could make someone very happy.
Okay, the bar scene????? Not my choice, but everyone is looking for someone.
So, a funny answer, I am not so sure there is one. I guess I would have to say that the worse place to meet someone is when you are in a bad "place" in your life. Or anyone who is going to effect you mind, body or soul:)

The worst place would be in a bar, in the ghetto, and anyone
hanging on the streets. Don't worry your human spirit will let
you know when you are in the worst place. Also do not think about going to mars or venus or the moon cause you show will not find no love there.
