My wife's grandfather has difficulty listening through his ears and he experiences this swishing sound
like when you hear when wind blows through narrow holes, etc. For a long time, he was partaking this
medicinal liquid based on GINGKO BILOBA (20 ml. bottles) manufactured by GINKGO MECKEL
which I believe is a German company (the bottle had a MADE IN GERMANY label). Where can i get this medicines. Pls. help me.

You can get Ginkgo biloba at just about any grocery store. I'm not sure about the exact brand, but any brand will have similar effects.
