Average length is 6", with the normal range from 5" to 7". Average circumference is 5" around or so.

It actually depends on the size of the vagina, whether it is large or small. Some womens vagina are large and some are small. The same with mens penis's. It's pretty much, what fits ,fits.

I've always thought that your penis size is only as small or large as your self confidence. In other words, the more you worry about the size of your penis, the smaller it is. Just relax and be yourself.

Its reported that average size is between 5-61/2 inches. So I would imagine anything below that would technically be considered small.
