In the chat rooms I have noticed the same problem. My solution has been to not turn my web cam on. It is very irritating to have some girl start chating with you only to ask you to sign up for some porn site type of download. I just remain polite and say no thanks. Then click on the ignore button. There are people who actually do want to chat.

First, you go to Yahoo! Messenger, then install it, then you could already start and you could also turn on/off the webcam.
