CIGARETTE SMOKE contains at least 5,000 different chemicals, many of them mutagens (cancerigens). I don't think you could find a more complex mixture of mutagens than cigarette smoke but you should visit the website for the American Cancer Society.

There is nothing in this universe that do not have carcinogenicity. It all depends on the concentration and condition.
