Yes, very good for you. Lots of protein, little fat, unless you slop them up with butter, flour, cheese, sauces, etc...

Yes, they are a good source of protein and low fat. Alot of the fat is in the skin.Since it is boneless it is easy to work with and many things can be done with it.

yes skinless is good some people like the skin better than the chicken, but very fating for some.

Best thing to eat meat wise. Get them fresh though. The frozen ones are normally frozen in salt water. That racks up the sodium content and makes the meat tough.

They're very good for you when baked or barbecued. It's what's added in a sandwich or a meal that can add fat, sugars & carbs to your diet.

Yeah that should be high in protein and low in fat as well as filling. I would say it is definetely a good for you.
