This woman told me my man f*** her but when I ask him he says no I keep asking because I don't believe him but one day he says he did I was crying and I told him I ask u so many times and he said no but then he said he was joking because I keep asking him the same question. please is he telling the truth or lies.

Time will tell... DO you have any other signs??? Any reasons to beleive he's cheating on you? For now, you should try trusting your husband... It's still innocent until proven guilty, isn't it? You're saving yourself a lot of grief...
Also, would be a good idea to ask that woman some personal intimate features about your husband that she couldn't know unless she did it for real... then you'll know for sure.

Hmmm. See, the way women are triffling nowadays, we never know if they are telling the truth or not. I mean, if a woman comes to you and tells you that your man fu*ked her, It can only mean one time...he probably did. She probably got mad about something he did (like telling her that he is not going to leave you for her for example), she either lied about getting f*ck by your man to mess up the relationship because she wants him or she really did get fu*cked. As for your man, why the hell would he say yes, make you cry and then tell you it was a joke because you kept on asking him so much??? If you kept on asking him all the time, thats because he didnt give u a good enough answer as why this woman came up to u and told you she slept with him. Honestly, your man is immature and doesnt know how to handle being in the hot seat. If he cheated on you, he should of sat you down and told u the truth (if he needs help he can always call the Maury show). Its not the easiest thing to do but i rather my man tell me str8 up then have some random girl come up to me telling me she slept with him. By answering yes, just because and then telling u it was a joke, is only going to make things worse because u are going to be confused just like u are right now and you wont be able to trust him and that can really damage a relationship.

Well. If you ask him too many times it just gets more confusing. Either you need to trust him or ditch him. I dont see anything that causes a doubt. How can you even trust that woman? How do you know she doesnt have any misintentions?

you know him well I think...
continue to trust him if you still love him...
if you're in doubts try to talk to him just you and him and ask him again that question and tell him to answer you back looking straight into your eyes...
you can tell if he's lying or not by his actions and reactions...
but if the love you feel for him is fading then you don't trust him anymore...

You allowed this woman to make you unhappy.
Seems to be some problems in this relationship. Without trust, how can you build a good relationship? Try couples counseling if you are already married. Otherwise, dump him.

stop nagging him,if your insecure about your relationship you need to figure out what it is about you that may be causing it, if you find that is not the case and you feel that you are secure in your self and your relation ship, then what is it about him that gives you an insecurity. because your fear of him cheating is not truly about him cheating, there's a gut feeling that is telling you something is wrong in your marriage,, think about what that may be because a cheating husband cheats because he isn't getting something from you, and it may not necessarily be sex..... men want and need more than that from there wives....
