My current husband and I went to Middle School together. He was a jerk then and is still a jerk today, but now he's taller! When we were both 20, he came in to where I worked at the time and filled out an application. I did an informal interview (not realizing who he was) and passed his application on to my boss for hiring. We started dating a couple of months later, had our first child together 14 months later and finally married a year ago . . . one month before our yougest son was born. In all, we have been together for 14 years, married for one and have three children together (13, 6 & 1).

I met my mari, my future husband at my Jr. Prom. We both went dateless. My friend Asmara asked me to be his date to prom. But I refused I was not going to have a blind Prom Date. So, I went alone. He did too so Asmara reintroduced us.(he had my lunch) We became inseparable that night. We were dating by the end of the night. He's all I need and so much more.

Let me not confuse you that was 5 1/2 years ago. Its still Puppy-love,... I wouldn't have it any other way.

We used to catch the school bus together and I used to admire him from a distance.

Then I worked in a chicken shop with his brother and he would come in a few times a week. I thought he really liked BBQ chicken but turns out he liked more than that!

Finally got together at my high school graduation and, 11 years later, have been together ever since.

In a bar and resturant! But we went there often and knew the same people. For an entire year, we never met. So weird. One night I was there with my two lesbian friends and he came up and started to talk to us. Then he payed our bill! We had our rehearsal dinner there and it was awsome. They even made custom made menues with our names on them and how we met there...so cute!

we first met at the kindergarten when we were 5 yrs old, then each one of us went to different school and after that we met at the college when we were 18 yrs ( I couldn't ever believe it )..

I was working out at this local gym he was outside across the street at the local hang out spot I went to get some bottled water and it started from there, that was 10 years ago, he still wont go work out with me! he's still fine and still mine

My son was running sound for a popular band. J was the fill-in drummer on this particular weekly gig. My son said he was awesome & I just HAD to go hear J play. Eventually, I did. :)

Met him in 8th grade Math class. Doing extra assignments. He said something and I said something smart alicy back. He told me if I said something smart alicy back, that he would pick me up and try to put me in little trash can in the room lol.

Me being me, I said something smart alicy again and he ........picked me up after we running around the classroom and tried to put me in the trash can.

It started from there. Had a few more class's together and eventually he was following me around all the time. Asked me out by the tree next to the math classroom.

We broke up 10 and half months later in middle of freshman year in high school. He wanted to "date others". Didn't talk til Junior year cuz he avoided me for unknown reasons.

Junior year we talked more and more and hung out a lot. I always loved him but figured if best friends is only as far as we go, then that is what I would take.

He went to the Marines and so did I after High school graduation 2003. Lost touch.

His sister was graduating high school Jun of 2005 and I decided to give her a present. Their mom was just leaving the apartment (moving out) so got their just in time. She gave my number to my fiance who gave me a call and email.

He came home on leave in July of 2005 and pretty much, we starting to go out with out even asking eachother. He said he always loved me and figured he didn't deserve me. That he was a fool and he had to suffer the consequences of breaking up with me back then. Then to hope I would find someone better. He figured I would of been with someone. but I just got out of a really bad relationship and he really healed me up from it.

We are planning a spring 2008 wedding when his term is up with USMC.
