"Es ist der Vorzug und das Wesen der Starken, dass sie die großen Entscheidungsfragen stellen und zu ihnen klar Stellung nehmen können. Die Schwachen müssen sich immer zwischen Alternativen entscheiden, die nicht die ihren sind."

This is a german quote a friend sent me... I had its translation but somehow lost it.. I know little german and can understand most of the words but can't really understand the whole sentence..
