I eat a lot of frozen food since I don't really know how to cook and my mom is usually too "busy" to cook. I don't eat food that's all that unhealthy, but is frozen food unhealthy in itself? If so, what makes it more unhealthy than regular food and what are the effects on my health?

Frozen food is almost, if not as healthy as fresh foods. sometimes even better. most of the time frozen foods ie. vegetables are picked at the peak of thier ripening, while "fresh" vegetables in the grocers are picked days or even weeks before they ripen.

If you are old enough to be on the computer, then you must be old enough to cook. Check out easy recipes on the internet and teach yourself. Frozen food is okay but not every night.

You need to watch both sugars and salt in frozen food. Fresh is always best, that way you know exactly what has gone into the preparation.

Frozen food is great for cooked food like turnip greens, kale, spinach and black eyed peas. I like that combo. But you need raw food like fruits that are fresh. Plus every pizza place has salads which are mostly raw. This should help.

if you always eat cold cuts, yes it's way unhealthy but try on different frozen foods (i bet you arecooking them and you should) like fishes and veggies but never stick to meats and cold cuts alone
