There is no easy way...if you ask your pediatrician...I'll bet he'll tell you that you need to teach her to fall asleep by herself. You're probably going to have to let her cry herself to sleep, so be prepared, but once she get's over the crying and the throwing fits she'll be able to fall asleep by herself. Trust me, you don't want to keep rocking her to sleep because in the end it will not only be a hassle for you, but for her because she won't be able to fall asleep without it.

he's overtired at night, and that looks to make night drowsing worse. If my 19 month previous daughter accidently skips a sleep she wakes up some cases in the process the night. As plenty potential as those little human beings have, you will think of that they are able to circulate on consistently without resting, inspite of the undeniable fact that that is surely reversed. they surely must have a minimum of one good nap in in the process the day. See in case you are able to provide him a sleep stunning after lunch, possibly for an hour might even artwork properly.

Don't be upset, enjoy the moment. They are small for such a short time. I rocked my children, grandchildren and now my Great granddaughter. I cherish the closeness we share while rocking. They will grow out of it as they grow older and time passes so fast they will be grown. Enjoy and relax, she will out grow it to soon.

people always say the best way is to put her in her crib and let her cry it out....it works, but its extremely hard....mainly because the parent doesn't have the heart to hear their baby cry that way....have you tried patting her, or rubbing her back? that seems to work well....i baby-sit my baby niece a lot...and when she was younger, i would bounce or rock her to sleep...or walk around the room with her in my arms...or allow her to lay down on my chest when she was sleepy, and she would drift to sleep....but it got tiring after a while as she grew older....so after a while, i just placed her on her bed and patted her, or rubbed her back, or sang to her and she would fall asleep....now, i have to pretend to be asleep, and she just plays around the bed by herself and eventually falls asleep....i don't know if my family methods of putting my niece to bed helps, but if you do try them, i hope they help...if it doesn't and you want more advice, i would suggest either asking your pediatrician or other experienced moms....and another thing is repost this question but put it under PREGNANCY AND PARENTING and NEWBORN AND BABY....a lot of mums go to that section and they'll have better advice for you...hope this helps!

I mixed cereal, cinnamon apple sauce and milk together warmed up. By little King just loved it! Give it to your baby at bedtime and maybe she will crash out like my Little King did.

I had a 15month old but i dont rock her, I just tap her legs..touch her eyebrows back and forth gently....Try it, and Im sure your son or your daughter will sleep easily....
Just make sure, that it is time to sleep..Dont force your child to sleep.
If it works for you, will you give me 5stars?hmmmm...hehehe, thanks!
