stop hanging out with her "like that"... you know what i mean. dont give her 1 on 1 time with you. Only allow her to hang out with you..while you have friends around. She will get the idea subtley. if she doesn't... it will have been enough of a clue that you AREN"T that into her. She will take it much better. Another idea is to actually talk with her friend. Let he know you like her, but you dont want to hurt her friend. Ask her what she wants you to do...and respect her wishes. Remember.... if you mess up with the girl that likes you now, the other girl will likely dislike you for being "the *** hole that dumped her friend".

Girls tend to be attached to one girl more than any other, an you don't know if that girl is her best friend or not.
Here are some things that may happen.
Both girls will get upset at you and think your a jerk.
The girl you like will be attracted to you,but won't go out with you because she does not want to hurt her friend.
The girl you like will go out with you, but you might rip apart their friend ship for a season.
Or the girls won't care.
you may not be able to go out with either girls.
This situation is very common.You'd be surprised.
My friend Nichola and I had the same thing happen to us with a guy at our school.Only he never went so far as to ask her out.
Now we think he's kinda mean.

Well this is actually how I met my husband...introduce girl #1 to another guy you think she'll hit if off with! :) We'd only been dating for 2 weeks so it wasn't that big of a deal to break up though.

OH!!! I've had this happen.. Tell her that she's a great person and all, but she's not exactly your type. Tell her she's an awesome friend though and you really like hanging out with her. Basically... Just be honest with her.

hmm.. . just tell it to her straight. Tell her that you really actually value her for her friendship.

I don't think you should tell her, what she dosent know won't hurt her, but if she was to find out, explain to her then, ladies always listen and if she really likes you she will not mind sharing you with her friend

but dont go out with her friend just yet.
wait a couple days or weeks until shes finally over you.
then go out with her friend.
cuz if you do it too soon.
