I have to always worry about everything. I need something to help me get over that. And not drugs I'm perfectly sane.

Because you think about not thinking about it. When I weight lift I try to think of something then eventually my mind goes blank for awhile. And it seems to go by quicker. And when I'm wrestling I usually don't think at all.

The only thing I can tell is don't think about thinking about it.

It is good to think
and worry
I mean at least
you might be safer that way
than if you didn't think
And just maybe because you did think
You may one day be glad you did
when you see the out come of what could had been
So keep thinking it is good 4u

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, WHILE IM GOOFING AROUND ON THE COMPUTER IM SITTING HERE THINKING OF THE HORRIBLE DAY I HAD AT WORK TODAY AND DREADING TOMORROW BECAUSE OF AN ARGUMENT BETWEEN AN EMPLOYEE AND I. I ALWAYS DO THIS, EVEN BEFORE I FALL ASLEEP LIKE I'M REVIEWING THE DAY OR SOMETHING, I'VE JUST ACCEPTED IT AS A PART OF MY PERSONALITY

Doesn't sound like you have much confidence. Have you ever tried a little therapy, it is wonderful to be able to unload all your worries.
