umm. .NO! I would trade your weight in a heartbeat and your age !! LOL

Cherish your age and weight. When you become 30 it all goes downhill! Believe me , when you hit my age you will wish you were what you are now!

I don't think being short and weighing 125 lbs is fat at all. Just because the scale says one thing, doesn't mean that you look like you weigh that much. If you work out your body will probably gain more muscle (i.e. trading the fat for muscle) and muscle weighs a lot more than fat.

When I was your age I was about the same height and weight that you are. Don't let anyone tell you that you need to drop a few pounds or that you're fat. Being healthy and toned does not make you fat. I'm five four and I'm at 128 lbs, I run one or two miles each day and I have kept a good food plan.

Although the scale says I'm 128 lbs, people tell me I look like I'm about 120 lbs.. Know why? Because muscle weighs A LOT more than fat. If you start working out, like I said, your body will exchange the fat for muslce. Therefore, you lose the "fat" and replace that with muscle.

I don't starve myself (being an anorexic, unhealthy, skin and bones, person is NOT attractive!) Keep in mind that women have curves. We're not meant to be skin and bones, or stick figures. It just doesn't work that way.

If you're uncomfortable with the weight your at, try working out. Running is a great way to get your whole body in tune. Within two to three weeks you'll see results (if you keep at it). What matters most is how you see yourself. The models in magazines are NOT healthy or beautiful, they're anorexic and most of them have drug problems, which keep them thin.

Sorry about rambling. If you'd like to contact me to talk about a fitness plan or anything, my email is xSELFxXxMADEx@Yahoo.com. Just remember, what matters most is how you see yourself. If people think you're too fat to hang around with, those are the kinds of people you don't need in your lives.

:) Hope this helps.

Nope, it's fine. Sound like a very healthy weight. Unless you are personally unhappy with your body, stick with that weight and just tone up. I'm 5ft2 and 120lb and I have found weight training helpful - you might want to give it a try.

I'd love to be that weight again. I'm 5'2" and weigh well over that amount, besides thinking you're fat at your size can lead to sickness.

I wouldn't consider you overweight. I do feel however that you should be conscious of your diet, and make sure you exercise regularly. Don't go extremes, just develop healthy habits now while your young.
