If you wanna know about Laos never ask a Thai person living in Thailand because they (some of them) look down on us.
Night life in Laos, you should try the capital Vientiane. Its kinda near the river so they have a lot tourist in that area. They have clubs and bars open at night. If you ever get hungry, don't worry there are still little stands and shops open all night. Vientiane is still growing so they are still getting there.

Where is "LOAS"?
BTW "Laos" is next to my country but I doubt if there is any place for good night life for you.
