I was just wondering if those that believe in god believe god has some sort of soul or perspective. Does he make choices or feel emotions? Does he get angry and sad? Plz don't just put something like he doesn't exist, this is more of a situational question. The situation being there 'is' a god. So wether or not u blieve just put what you would say if he or it did.

In order to feel love God must have a feeling of betrayal, anger, sadness, etc. How can we think that an all knowing being doesn't know other emotions. God in (to me) an energetic being. When we pass I think we too are energetic beings but on a much smaller level. Like Earth is a planet but Jupiter is a planet on a whole larger and different being.

Imagine a power plant as a source of energy for a major city. Imagine all the electricity it throws off, buzzing, just lets you know it is in control and if you approach it there will be consequences to pay.

GOD is an Awesome Power Source. He holds all the POWER and CONTROL for everything in the entire Universe in His very Command. He is GOD!

GOD has a Spirit because The Holy Spirit is GODS Spirit who was breathed into Mary and thus Jesus was created.

The Hindu concept of God describes Him as Sat (Truth), Chit (Highest Knowledge) and Ananda (Pure Bliss). He is 'All pervading', 'All knowing' and 'All capable'. He is not swayed by emotions like ordinary human beings. Once you understand that He knows the reason behind and the result of all happenings, you know why He is not perturbed. And God is the very Soul of the Cosmos, so asking whether He has a soul is superfluous.

there is a difference between soul and perspective
God, as the creator of all things, is God. He does make choices, he feels emotions, he gets angry (although it's rare) and yes, he is sad. He grieves for our sin. Not because he is mad at us, but because he knows sin will harm us. We are his children, his master creation and he loves us above all he created. When we follow his will, that makes him happy.
I believe he created us with a soul, but that his is a much bigger entity than we can imagine.

Yes, GOD has a soul; He is not an invention of humanity but we humans are part of His creation. If we have a soul (as we do) it is because He has one too and He gave us our life's breath.

He may not have a physical body like ours but then that's because He created that which we are created out of.

He makes choices and feels emotions though not imperfectly as we do.
Yes He gets angry and sad.

Emotions are a human condition; therefore God wouldn't feel emotion. He would have to experience a human form to do that. God is the soul. Making choices is part of human free will. It's up to us to make choices, not up to Him.

God is supposed to be everything. And as far as i know, he does not make choices, he is neutral. If a man decides to commit suicide, God can't prevent that from happening. Sad, perhaps, but not angry. Still, from what i know, even if he gets angry, he does not take it on us humans, he sees us as his yet evolving, poorly developed creation.
Just the way you don't judge a kid with mental retardation for his acts.

ok assuming thier is a god is he the only one? a lot depends on which mythology you wish to follow. Zues may not have a soul but Would Athena since she is his child? bottom line no one can know the answer. also in the search for an answer it may help to define a soul. before you try to define a god.

I dont know what catholics believe but the real god is a non conscious being, just like your subconscious. this is what primitive people refer to as the holy spirit, It is what puts ideas into your mind so that you dont get the same idea as ten thousand other people at the same time to eat the same thing and therefore cause food shortages.

God created souls. And yes, it's very clear in Scripture that He feels many emotions. The same emotions we feel, in fact.
