You know, I have wondered the same thing... it's like the "troubled teen syndrome". "My daddy won't let me do what I want, but I'm going to do it anyway." It's like they believe in God, but don't care.

Ok so first of all let me make it absolutely clear that I am not a satanist by any means but I have studied a little bit about in order to understand it a little better and here are some good websites for you to get some information about, including the actual website for "The Church of Satan" so you can see what they say they actually believe...so anyway I hope this answers your question.

Satanists do not want to get into Heaven. That's the point. If they truly believe in Satan and biblical prophecy then they already know that one day they will all be destroyed including Satan. It's a religion that celebrates the self and strength and power over the weak. It was "created" by a guy named Anton LaVey in the 60s. The Satanic Bible is just a book written by him and the "Church of Satan" was founded by him as well.

It depends on what faction of Satanism you are talking about. Just like religions that worship God, the religion of worshipping Satan has different beliefs also. Basically, I divide them into two categories: (1) Dabblers and (2) True Satanists.

To find out which one is which, ask the Satanist if they believe in the Bible. If they say that they do not believe in the Bible, then they fall into the first category. True Satanists believe every word of the Bible.

To answer your question: The reward for a true worshipper of Satan is to spend eternity with him.

Most all Satanists do not believe in the Christian Lucifer or any other deity. So naturally, we don't believe in Heaven or Hell either.

But what we do believe in is the principals and the symbol in which Satan is perceived as. We believe in self-advancement and worshiping yourself. We also believe that since we were born with human desires (aka Greed, Anger, Sloth, Glutton, Envy....etc.) that we should embrace them and not be shamed by doing so. Satanism is an atheistic belief that follows the philosophies of Anton Szander Lavey & his book, the Satanic Bible.

No it does not work in reverse that way. Instead of divine laws or naturistic principles (such as in Wicca), Satanism generally focuses upon material or physical advancement of the self with guidance from external higher beings or external principles, instead of submission to a deity or a set of moral codes. For this reason, many contemporary Satanists eschew traditional religious beliefs, attitudes and worship in favor of more egoistic, self-centering worldviews, natural law, survival of the fittest and practices such as materialism, individualism and magic. However, some Satanists do choose voluntary moral codes.

Brother/Sister when you dable in any kind of occultism or satanism you are playing with fire, and your going to get burnt. Satan, Not to give him glory, but to make it clear is refeared to as a roaring lion seeking who he will to devour. When king Saul of the Old Testement went to the witch of Endor, he was decieved by the spirits of devils, then he fell on his own sword. God Bless don't play with satanic fire of any kind, and search the Holy Scriptures and you will find life eternal. concordances are on the web if you don't now the good book that well. Ps the Seventh-Day Adventist Church has a wealth of literature on the occult. Im gringodulce@yahoo.com please write me if you have any questions.

Are you asking about devil-worship or Satanism?

Contrary to what you might believe they are actaully two different things, Devil-worshippers are christians who root for the other guy. And Satanists are usaully agnostics who adhere to a philosophy started by Anton Szandor Lavey.

To be honest with you I haven't studied Satanism-I personally don't want anything to do with Satan, However I did find a website that might answer your question.

Please be careful when researching things of this nature, satan has a way of making things sound good, and drawing people in, that would normally not believe in his lies. God Bless you

Sounds like you'll believe in just about anything made up. With such a diverse knowledge background, you should start a show or charge for services. Any word on aliens, crop circles, magnetic bracelets, etc.? What a tool.
