I've been having growing pains alot threw the night and they keep me from sleeping even when I'm really tired please someone help me.

I hear ya. At 12 yrs I grew 6 inches in a year, and boy do I remember the aching! Take Tylenol or Advil (even better), and 500mg calcium 1/2 hr before bed. Sleep with a pillow b/w your knees (if you sleep on your side) or under your knees (if on your back). This will ease the pressure on the joints of your lower back and legs. Take a warm, not hot, bath in the evening, especially after a really inactive day; activity and excercise actuall help the joints to loosen up and they aren't as painful at night.
My dr when I was a kid said that the pain is from the growth plates, at the end of your long bones, becoming swollen with rapid growth. Sometimes, in more severe cases, the bone will actually separate there under stress. So if it is so bad you can't walk, go to the dr for X rays right away...

maybe they are not growin pains...talk to ur mom about them and seek a doc

take a tylinol it helps
